About the Role

As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent that embodies our core values and drives our success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and design effective recruitment strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Source top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Craft engaging job postings that capture our organizational culture and attract diverse talent.
  • Conduct insightful interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Guide and train interviewers to make the hiring process as effective as possible.
  • Promote our culture and career growth opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Enhance candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market conditions to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Build relationships with potential talent through industry events and career fairs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, organizational abilities, and familiarity with recruitment processes.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (like Workday) and other HR tools.
  • Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
