Job Title: Mechanical Design Specialist
Job Summary:
SF Recruitment (Leicester) is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Solidworks and experience in product design, with a strong focus on creating models and detailed drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create models and detailed drawings
- Remaster old drawings to create definitions that meet modern standards
- Support colleagues in taking new and updated components through the design review process
- Support in updating Bills of Material
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with product design - Advanced skills with Solidworks
- Full product lifecycle experience
- Experience in calculation within product development
