Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at SF Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Engagement & HR Strategy: Work closely with business areas to build capability and shape effective people strategies.
* Data-Driven HR: Use evidence and data to identify business priorities and address workforce planning and future workforce needs.
* Change Management: Support the business through change programmes, including restructures and succession planning.
* Employee Relations: Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary issues, and grievances.
* Learning & Development: Assist with the company's learning and development initiatives and design and deliver soft skills training.
Candidate Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (mandatory).
* Experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.
