This is a training delivery role that requires you to deliver learning and development programs into Care Homes in and around Essex. You will work with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement training solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering training in a similar environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to travel frequently throughout the region.
The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum, which includes a basic salary of £35,000 and a car allowance of £5,000. In addition, we offer a contributory pension scheme and healthcare benefits.
