TÜV SÜD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in various industries, including SEMI, ITE, consumer goods, machinery, lighting, and laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute structured sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned regions and customer segments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
- Present TÜV SÜD's products and services to prospective clients and negotiate agreements.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives and Regional Business Line Managers, to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with sales data analysis.
