The Family Support Advisor will play a vital role in supporting students and their families, promoting a culture of safeguarding and wellbeing within the school community.

Responsibilities
- To provide individualised support to students who require additional help, focusing on their academic and personal development.
- To work closely with teachers, other professionals, and parents to ensure consistent support and guidance.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Person Specification
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, education).
- Significant experience working with children and families, ideally in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
