Wellbeing and Transitions Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing and Transitions Manager to join our team at the Medical Tuition Service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the welfare of our cohort of vulnerable students, working closely with young people, families, colleagues, and external partners to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing pastoral support and guidance to students and their families
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective wellbeing strategies
- Communicating clearly and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring and analysing data to inform decision-making
We are looking for a flexible, passionate, and committed individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Experience of working with pastoral welfare systems, communicating clearly, and maintaining records is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is a willingness to learn and grow with our service, and a commitment to our Beyond Learning vision and values.
