The School IT Infrastructure Manager role at Teacheroo presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, including setting up, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other technology equipment across campus.

You will also provide first-line technical support to staff and pupils, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and monitor and manage helpdesk tickets. A strong background in IT support, knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard software, is essential.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, access to onsite gym, and employee assistance programme.
