Infrastructure Development Manager

Company Overview: We are a thriving and respected employee-owned civil and structural engineering consultancy seeking an experienced professional to lead our infrastructure development team.
Job Description: As an Infrastructure Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting projects in all building and infrastructure sectors of the construction industry. This includes managing the operational delivery of projects, preparing proposals and tenders, and preparing technical solutions to meet or exceed client requirements. You will also be liaising with clients and project team professionals, monitoring commercial performance, and developing operational programmes, policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A relevant University degree in Civil Engineering is essential. You should have comprehensive knowledge of regulations and design standards related to roads and drainage, as well as demonstrable experience of obtaining approvals for designs from statutory authorities. Additionally, you should have experience of dealing directly with clients and other building professionals, such as project managers, architects and planning consultants.
