Lettings Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Kenny Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the annual letting process for our client's luxury student houses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales process end to end, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and students.
- Market houses via online portals, creating engaging and effective listings.
- Project manage and assist in the staging of professional marketing photos, showcasing the properties in their best light.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach a target audience, including creating adverts for various platforms.
- Handle advert responses, receive and respond to enquiries, and negotiate rents to ensure maximum occupancy.
- Manage and organize student ambassadors and lettings negotiators to carry out viewings, conduct viewings, and carry out property inspections.
- Arrange contracts and move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients and students.
- Update systems, documents, and general administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
- Utilize property management software to deal with maintenance issues, liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed to a satisfactory level.
- Ensure safety certifications are up to date, striving to keep maintenance costs down.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop ideas to build the brand and enhance the company's reputation.
- Help streamline processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
- Previous experience in lettings management, with a strong understanding of the student accommodation market.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Drive to succeed, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding targets.
- High standard of customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
