Lettings Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Kenny Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the annual letting process for our client, a leading provider of luxury student houses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales process end to end, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and customers.
- Market houses via online portals, creating engaging and effective advertisements to attract potential tenants.
- Project manage and assist in the staging of professional marketing photos, showcasing the properties in the best possible light.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach a target audience, including social media and other online platforms.
- Negotiate rents and manage the lettings process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of contracts and move-ins.
- Manage and organize our student ambassadors and lettings negotiators to carry out viewings, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Conduct property inspections and arrange maintenance work, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
- Update systems, documents, and general administration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure work is completed to a satisfactory level, and ensure safety certifications are up to date.
- Strive to keep maintenance costs down, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing effective solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop ideas to help build the brand and increase market share.
- Help to streamline processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Previous experience in lettings management, preferably in the student accommodation sector.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Drive to succeed, with a high standard of customer service and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Confident and approachable, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
