Theatre Services Manager

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our theatre team.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain policies, standards of care, complete risk assessments, and staff development.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
We provide a wide range of healthcare services to over 600,000 people in west Kent and East Sussex.

Requirements- RN Part 1 or 2, ODP NVQ level 3 Diploma/Degree, or ODP Level III with evidence of CPD.
- Post-registration experience.
- Specialist clinical knowledge and skills.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
