**Working Hours:** Full-time (36 hours) or part-time (21 hours), Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:30

**Salary:** £35 per hour

We are seeking two experienced Social Workers to join our Mental Health Team in Tameside. As a Social Worker, you will provide comprehensive care services to adults experiencing moderate to severe mental health problems within the community.

In this role, you will engage with various disciplines to promote a needs-based approach for all service users while fostering a partnership approach to service delivery. You will develop clear support plans following Care Act assessments, complete funding applications, and manage legal requirements such as COPDL, DoLS, 21a's, and court reports.

You will also provide support to carers in accordance with the Care Act and assist children transitioning into Adult Mental Health services at the age of 18. If you have experience in social work and are passionate about providing high-quality care services, we encourage you to apply.
