**Pay Rates**:£19.10 Per hour
**Shift Patterns**:Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm
- Have a professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work or Occupational Therapy and have a current registration with the appropriate registration body (Nursing and Midwifery Council, Social Work England or Health and Care Professions Council).
- Have the suitable experience in a mental health setting or have at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience within the mental health field.
**In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of**:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
**Role responsibilities**:
- You will carry a caseload of patients and work with them, using evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
- Then conducting risk assessments / safeguarding assessments to ensure the correct support is provided.
- You will create treatment plans to support management / recovery of their mental health challenges.
- Work within the Multi-Disciplinary team to contribute to formulating and implementing interventions for patients.
