Join our property client in Central London as a Weekend People Administrator, playing a vital role in their recruitment and HR department. As a key member of the team, you will assist with various tasks, including maintaining records, updating databases, and providing excellent customer service.

With at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a must, and experience with asset management systems would be beneficial. You will also support the recruitment process, conduct orientations, and prepare reports on HR activity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate team records
  • Updating personnel asset registers
  • Logging training and sickness data
  • Responding to HR inquiries
  • Supporting the recruitment process

Estimated salary: £35k + discretionary bonus. Flexible working hours (including weekends) and a competitive package are offered.
