Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary IT Support Role within our People Operations department at Triumph Consultants Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting HRIS solutions and system integrations, with a strong background in Microsoft products and data management.

About the Position:
This temporary role involves collaborating with our Programme Delivery Group (PDG) to implement a new HR System through the project into BAU. You will work closely with our People and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.

Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the PDG to implement a new HR System.
• Collect, analyse, and maintain migration data into our People systems.
• Carry out system administration activities and produce related documentation and guides as required.
• Work in conjunction with the People and IT teams on integrations between the People, Payroll, Workforce Management, and other systems.
• Participate in UAT, SIT/SAT throughout.
• Liaise and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Provide general day-to-day support to the People Operations team and wider People team, enabling resilience in the team by supporting transactional processes as required.

Requirements:
• GCSE Maths and English (grades 4 – 9) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context, ideally within a public sector organisation.
• Experience supporting an HRIS solution.
• Strong background in supporting system integrations and a solid understanding of Microsoft products.
• Clear understanding of the principles of data management.
• A clear understanding of the entire HR Recruitment to Retirement process.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Experience of process improvement.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams, SharePoint; PowerApps, PowerBI would be advantageous.

Salary: £15.50 per hour, circa £29,100 per annum based on 37 hours per week.
