Job Title: Client Services Co-ordinator

Location: Hartlebury, Worcestershire

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Hourly Rate: £12ph weekly pay

Working Hours: 8am-4pm (will change to 8am-5pm after 12 weeks)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide coordination of client services and support to internal teams with accurate and timely provision of relevant Management Information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Sales Managers to raise and issue sales quotations to Clients, action any requests for follow-on documentation, and process job acceptances where relevant.
  • Assist in maintaining individual Sales Managers sales logs to enable accurate forecasting and forward planning by the Business as part of the growth strategy.
  • Provide post-transaction Client Reporting services, including provision of completed consignment notes, duty of care notes, copy invoices, and certificates of disposal.
  • Secure Purchase Order Numbers from Clients as necessary.
  • Enter data into the Integrated Waste Software package (IWS) to ensure all pricing remains current.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records.
