Senior Intensive Care Nurse

Leaders in Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Intensive Care Nurse to join their team in London. As a key member of the ITU Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing leadership and guidance to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a deputy to the sister/charge nurse
- Cover a range of specialities including Cardiac, Liver, Neuro & Spinal
- Provide high-quality care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2
- Support and mentor junior staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and standards
- Annual salary of up to £55,000
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing with service
