Family Time Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Family Time Intervention Specialist at Staffordshire County Council. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children and their families in understanding their birth identity and supervising their time with birth parents.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating therapeutic family time between children and their parents or other family members, coordinating arrangements for family time, transporting children and young people to attend family time, and providing parenting support and guidance during family time.
Requirements for this role include a minimum NVQ 3 in working with children and families or equivalent experience of working with children and families. You should also have experience of direct work with children, their families, and carers in a statutory or voluntary agency which provides services to vulnerable children and their families.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per year, a supportive working environment, and opportunities for career development.
