As a Strategic Workforce Analyst at The Very Group, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to align reporting goals and strategies with the organization's overall objectives. Your key responsibilities will include stakeholder communication, establishing and maintaining internal controls, and implementing systems to track and monitor employee workforce access levels.

About you

  • You will have a strong understanding of workforce systems, including knowledge of functionalities, features, and capabilities.
  • You will be able to analyse data, including skills in data manipulation, data visualization, and data interpretation to derive meaningful insights from workforce data.
  • You will have proficiency in generating reports and conducting analytics using the workforce system.
  • You will understand accounting standards, internal controls, and audit processes to ensure compliance with regulations and accurate financial reporting.
  • You will be able to identify reporting challenges, analyse options, and make informed decisions to support strategic goals.
  • You will have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with the workforce system.
  • You will possess strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues or challenges related to the workforce system and develop effective solutions.
