Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analyst to join our team in Derby. As a key member of our digital transformation programme, you will play a critical role in managing and coaching a team of Business and Data Analysts.
You will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights, implementing digital technology solutions, and driving informed decision-making through strategic growth initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, identify key business challenges, develop change initiatives, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
