Job Description

As a Special Education Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs in a highly specialized school setting.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored interventions that promote academic, social, and emotional growth.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £80 - £85 per day, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension contributions and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing direct support to students with ASC, adapting to their individual needs and preferences.
  2. Assisting teachers in lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behavior.
