Refresco is seeking an experienced SAP Training Manager to join their Aspire+ UK SAP Implementation Programme. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that enables the seamless adoption of standardized business processes through SAP S4/HANA. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the success of this key project, helping Refresco UK unify its core systems, processes, data, and reporting into a 'one business' model.

As a seasoned Training Manager, you will lead and role model Refresco's core values: agile, responsible, excellent, passionate, and entrepreneurial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a robust training strategy and approach for the Aspire+ UK SAP Implementation Programme
  • Conduct a thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for target audiences and incorporate findings into the training plan
  • Identify and upskill resources to deliver end-user training, both during SAP deployment and for Business as Usual (BAU) requirements
  • Oversee the creation of relevant training and support materials
  • Manage the logistics and creation of a training schedule for a multi-site model, ensuring timely completion and user competency post-go-live
  • Deliver end-to-end training to identified end-user audiences and manage training-related risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Monitor usage and maintenance of training systems/materials and associated data
  • Ensure the training plan is fully integrated and aligned with the overall change implementation plan
  • Own the post-go-live training support plan, including ongoing BAU training delivery

About You:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in SAP or other ERP systems
  • Significant experience in developing and executing training strategies and designs for large-scale ERP solutions
  • Extensive experience in engaging with stakeholders
  • A proven history of successfully leading training workstreams, particularly in relation to technology implementations, ideally in SAP or other ERP systems
