18-month FTC

The Cutover Manager is key to ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to a new SAP-centric environment. This role requires strategic thinking, deep SAP knowledge in a manufacturing setting, and strong project management skills. Excellent communication skills are essential for guiding project teams and addressing any issues during the cutover phase.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the cutover process.
Manage the timeline and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and validation efforts.
Prepare and deliver cutover communication and training materials to end-users.
Conduct post-cutover reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.

Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale transformational projects independently
Background in managing significant programs impacting Enterprise Resource Management systems
Essential experience in a SAP-based manufacturing environment
Expertise in project management throughout the software delivery lifecycle
Solid experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Proficiency in project management and collaboration software
