About the Job

As a Qualified Assessor, you will contribute to the delivery of person-centred care, working closely with colleagues to create supportive learning environments. Your key responsibilities will include assessing client needs, developing intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to promote learning and social skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and abilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a degree in special education or a related field, along with relevant experience working with vulnerable populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others is crucial, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience, reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in this field. Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive work environment that fosters growth and collaboration, ensuring our staff members feel valued and empowered to excel in their roles.

In line with current UK industry standards, the estimated salary range is £26,500 - £32,500 per annum, acknowledging the importance of fair compensation for experienced professionals in this area.
