About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Language Learning Instructor to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver engaging and accessible lessons in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) that cater to students at varying proficiency levels.
  • To create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that inspires confidence in language learning and supports students' growth and development.
  • To assess learner progress and provide tailored feedback to help them achieve their goals.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a qualified and experienced teaching professional who can bring enthusiasm and dedication to this role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A teaching qualification such as ESOL, TEFL, or DTLLS.
  • Experience teaching ESOL learners in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students' growth and development.
  • The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of learners with diverse abilities.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
