Job Title: Sales Team Leader / Manager
Location: North/South East/West London Area
Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour
Job Type: Full/Part Time, Temporary
The Role:
- Leading a team of sales assistants in a retail environment
- Working alongside assistant store managers to drive sales and revenue
- Generating and facilitating product sales
- Training new staff
- Opening and closing the store
- Managing stock levels
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Coordinating customer tree deliveries
- Ensuring the store operates according to company policy and standards
Requirements:
- People management skills
- Store management experience
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in English
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Management, hospitality and retail experience are a plus
About You:
- Friendly personality
- Physically fit and strong for tree lifting
- Love for the outdoors
- Tolerance to cold environments
- Positive, flexible and can-do attitude
Availability:
Must be available to work a minimum of 2 out of 3 of the following weekends:
- November 30th, 1st
- December 7th, 8th
- December 14th, 15th
Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday
- Weekend and peak hour work expected
