We are seeking an exceptional Sales Team Leader to join our team at Heathrow, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, be able to multitask and prioritise effectively, and demonstrate a passion for building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 7 and be responsible for managing staff availability, creating weekly rotas, and ensuring all staff issues are resolved in a timely manner. They will also be expected to drive sales targets, coach and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service, and act as the first point of contact for customer complaints.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, a generous store and restaurant discount of up to 40%, and 25 days holidays pro rata (excluded bank holidays).
