About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Supervisor to lead our team at London Heathrow. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coaching and motivating your team members to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of 7 Sales Associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Produce weekly rota's, balancing operational needs with staff availability and budget constraints.
  • Address staff issues promptly, collaborating with Head Office as necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of employee engagement, driving productivity and motivation within the team.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, resolving complaints efficiently and ensuring timely follow-up action is taken.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, airport regulations, and industry standards.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office platforms to generate regular reports for your line manager.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrate a positive outlook and approach, even in challenging situations.
