Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, focusing on delivering high-quality care.
- Work closely with patients, providing empathetic and professional support during face-to-face assessments.
- Pursue report writing and administrative duties remotely, maintaining seamless communication with the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: Recent and relevant experience in CHC assessment is mandatory.
- Salary: A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
This hybrid role offers flexibility by allowing remote working for non-patient-facing duties, while guaranteeing continuity of high-quality face-to-face care.
