Job Summary:

TeacherActive is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support and drive organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Initiatives: Design and implement HR initiatives that support the company's business objectives, including talent management, change management, and compliance and policy management.
  • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies that drive business growth and success.
  • Provide HR Guidance: Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct Investigations: Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee-related issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Talent Management: Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, using data to predict and diagnose organizational issues and develop solutions.
  • Performance Management: Provide guidance and assistance in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans, supporting the performance appraisal process.
  • Pay and Remuneration: Provide guidance on pay and other remuneration issues, ensuring fairness and equity in compensation practices.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualified: Possess a CIPD qualification and at least two years of experience in a similar role, with one year of experience operating as a business partner.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Possess strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate well-organized skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong Microsoft Office and IT skills, with proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
