Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Service Manager to join our team. As a Sales Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing service contract and tool repair business through effective customer account management, achieving profitable net income sales, and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed net income sales targets.

Deliver Service Sales Growth

Drive service sales growth within allocated customers and geographical areas.

Collaborate with Sales and Operational Teams

Work closely with sales and operational teams to drive continued business growth.

Key Account Management

Take responsibility for key account management to agreed customer accounts.

Customer Satisfaction

Increase and develop customer satisfaction through strong customer and account management.

Service Product and Sales Campaigns

Deliver service product and sales campaigns in conjunction with the Service Sales Manager and Business Line Manager within set time scales.

Distribution Partners

Work with distribution partners to maximize the development of service sales opportunities.

Sales and Business Platforms

Use and update our sales and business platforms with all sales and other activities.

Service Sales Team

Work as part of the Service Sales team responsible for the strategic development of the GB Service offering.

Management Information

Produce management information required to report business activity on a monthly basis.

Remote Work

You will be working remotely with a dedicated territory, and UK-wide travel will be required.

Ad-hoc Project Work

Undertake ad-hoc project work as required.

Requirements

  1. Proven Sales Track Record

Proven track record in sales within engineering/manufacturing.

Decision-Making Skills

You make decisions in tough situations, consider risks, and take responsibility for the decisions taken.

A keen, strategic mind and the ability to build bridges and connections globally.
