Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to join our team at Verto People. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing customers and winning new business within the commercial fitouts and workplace solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Engage with customers through inbound leads and canvassing, developing an understanding of their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Liaise with our CAD team to brief on projects and ensure seamless execution.
- Covering the West Midlands region, the successful candidate will be required to work from home and travel as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar.
- Exposure to commercial fitouts, workplace solutions, or interior refurbishment, including mezzanine flooring, warehouse design, racking, and partitioning.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000.
