About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering a range of learning and development activities, events, and initiatives. This will include working collaboratively with colleagues to plan, develop, and review learning programs, facilitating effective conversations, and contributing individual gifts and experiences to enhance learning across the Connexion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver learning and development programs for circuits and churches across the Northampton District.
  • Work with the Learning Network team to deliver learning and development support across the Methodist Connexion.
  • Support circuits in exploring vision and developing mission plans.
  • Help churches commit to being inclusive, evangelistic, and justice-seeking.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding.
  • Ability to support adult learners.
  • Flexible and creative approach.
