Job Title: Emergency Medicine Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the development of our emergency medicine services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of emergency patients
  • Lead clinical teams and contribute to the development of our emergency medicine services
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full GMC Registration with license to practice
  • MB BS or recognised equivalent
  • 48 months postgraduate experience, including 12 months emergency medicine equivalent to UK practice or evidence of ST3 EM Competencies
  • Provider status in ALS/ATLS/EPLS
