In the role of Senior Psychiatric Consultant, you will engage with patients experiencing acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative disorders, and intricate health concerns. You will oversee the clinical management of individuals under various legal frameworks, guaranteeing top-notch care and assistance.

Core Responsibilities:
- Implement Mental Health Act and Clinical Policies
- Oversee and assess medical services through systematic audits
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the reintegration of service users into the community
- Lead ward meetings and ensure adherence to the Care Programme Approach
- Participate in staff training and uphold clinical governance standards

Qualifications:
- Medical degree with MRCPsych or equivalent credentials
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Awareness of advancements in psychiatry and change management
- Previous experience in a consultant and managerial role is preferred
