Requirements and Qualifications:

  • NMC registration or equivalent social care professional registration is required.
  • A proven track record of success in management roles within healthcare settings is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational change, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £70,000 + KPI-based bonus.
