Mental Health Service Leader

Mental Health Service Leader sought by Compass Associates, a leading provider of mental health and wellbeing services. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in healthcare management, who can inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements
- Possess NMC registration or a relevant social care professional registration.
- Prior experience in a management role within a healthcare setting.
- Experience of commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance.
Salary and Benefits
- Estimated salary: £70,000 + KPI-based bonus
- Monday – Friday shift pattern + on call
- 25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays
- Free on-site parking and subsidised meals
