Staff Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient Department at Malvern Community Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients attending our Outpatient Department, working closely with Consultants, Specialist Nurses, and Community Services Teams.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, promoting the comfort and wellbeing of patients.
- Facilitate the day-to-day running of the Outpatients Clinics, working collaboratively with other team members.
- Document care given and maintain contemporaneous records, adhering to Trust policies and NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Participate in research and audit, contributing to the improvement of care delivery.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse with the following essential qualifications and experience:
- RGN/RMN qualification.
- NMC Registered.
- Experience gained during pre-registration training.
Desirable qualifications and experience include:
- Post-registration experience in an inpatient setting.
- Previous experience of day-to-day management.
- Accredited courses in palliative care.
- Practice Supervisor and/or Practice Assessor Training.
- Advanced communication qualification.
