About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Nurse to join our Adult Replacement Care Service Team at Osborne Court. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to adults with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist service users with personal care, moving and handling, and supporting them to participate in activities.
  • Admit and discharge service users, manage medication, and carry out clinical interventions.
  • Lead a shift, delegate responsibilities, and supervise staff.
  • Develop care plans, attend meetings, and carry out home visits and assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with families and other professionals involved in care.
Requirements
  • Relevant learning disability experience.
  • Registered Learning Disability Nurse, Registered Nurse Mental Health, or Registered General Nurse.
  • Current registration with the NMC.
