Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Malvern, Worcestershire area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the success of our care home.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are met. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and palliative care.
  • Lead the care team in delivering exceptional care, ensuring that all residents receive the highest standards of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the care provided, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Ability to lead a team of care staff and work collaboratively with others.
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and national care standards.
