Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Malvern, Worcestershire area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the success of our care home.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are met. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead the care team, providing clinical guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident, working closely with the care team to ensure their needs are met.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
  • Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Ability to lead a team of care staff.
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families.
  • A team player who engages well with others.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and application of relevant legislation in relation to the role.
