Job Title: Registered Nurse

Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our Independent Care Homes in Worcestershire.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering clinical elements of care provision, supervising others, and setting/maintaining clinical standards within the home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Supervise and support other staff members to ensure they are providing the best possible care.
  • Monitor and maintain clinical standards within the home, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Report any incidents or areas of concern to the Home Manager and Clinical Lead.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse.
  • Previous experience in a community setting.
  • Fully enhanced DBS.
  • Car driver and valid UK license (preferred).
