Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review systems and connectivity for all ILH properties to ensure seamless distribution of rates and availability.
  • Onboard new partners and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate integration into our distribution systems.
  • Troubleshoot system and rate failures, working closely with our technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist properties with rate and room type queries, providing timely and accurate support to ensure optimal revenue management.
  • Identify rate parity issues and bring them to the attention of suppliers to resolve, ensuring fair and competitive pricing across all channels.
  • Manage a small team to ensure high-quality and timely work is completed, actively developing their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with system changes and scheduled downtimes, communicating effectively with affected departments to minimize disruption.
  • Perform general ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth delivery of rooms, rates, and bookings across all interfaces.
  • Deputise for the Distribution Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of service and support to the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a tech-driven role, preferably in hotel or supplier distribution.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a solutions-based mindset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Desirable attributes include previous experience in hotel or supplier distribution, a degree or equivalent in an IT or systems discipline, and familiarity with PMS, CRS, channel manager, and associated systems.
