Imperial London Hotels Limited: A Transformation Journey

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Support Specialist to join our team at Imperial London Hotels Limited. As a key member of our distribution function, you will play a vital role in our transformation journey, supporting the Distribution Manager and team in implementing profound change across the group.

With a strong background in hotel or supplier distribution, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing systems and connectivity for all ILH properties, onboarding new partners and suppliers, and troubleshooting system and rate failures. You will also assist properties with rate/room type queries, identify rate parity issues, and manage a small team to ensure high-quality and timely work is completed.

As a Distribution Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and establishment of the distribution function, from technology to people. You will be part of a dynamic team that values attention to detail, process, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a tech-driven role

  • Previous experience in hotel or supplier distribution (in the last 3 years)
  • Degree or equivalent in an IT/ systems discipline
  • Familiar with PMS, CRS, channel manager and associated systems, ideally Amadeus environment
