Clinical Lead Psychiatrist

At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Take clinical responsibility for patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, and strategic reviews.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Contribute to the development of service strategy and participate in management meetings.
- Maintain CPD and re-validation requirements, as determined by the Royal College of Psychiatrists or other relevant statutory bodies.
- Be medically qualified, MRC Psych or equivalent.
- Have essential understanding of current developments in psychiatry and other aspects of mental health.
- Have substantial knowledge of change management, relevant legislation, and contemporary issues in mental health.
- Have previous Consultant experience in a management role.
