Education Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Education Administrator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As an Education Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our assessment processes and ensuring the integrity of our qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Assessment Delivery Manager in delivering assessment processes within specified time limits.
- Ensure learners experience a fair and consistent assessment service.
- Work with examiners and institute colleagues to support several assessments within the team.
- Prepare assessment materials, check and report assessment results to support Board meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data is accurately reflected in the institute database.
- Excellent customer care skills, including sensitivity to customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and proactive approach, supporting colleagues across the team.
- Discreet and diplomatic handling of confidential and sensitive information.
- High levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach under pressure.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience within a professional body or higher education provider.
- Evidence of commitment to professional development.
- Working with volunteers.
