We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)(RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Wallace Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, with or without autistic spectrum disorder, and complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and empowerment
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality and outcomes
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and observations to inform care decisions
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to healthcare guidelines
  • Work closely with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with attention to detail and integrity

Desirable Requirements:
