As a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Venn Group's client, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the aircraft hangar, assisting in the supervision of mechanical fitters, and certifying their work. You will also be involved in completion of maintenance, including airframe structure, power plant, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as supervising and mentoring junior engineers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the flight operations team and other stakeholders. They will also require strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
