**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Tech Connect Group in Farnborough. This role is crucial in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and supporting efficient production within a dynamic aerospace environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, ideally within the aerospace sector, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and methods to achieve high standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of tooling and fixtures to support production needs.
  • Provide ongoing support for daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
  • Lead and support medium- and long-term projects aimed at optimizing production and meeting customer requirements.
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements, participating in external and internal audits as needed.
  • Promote best-in-class standards through Right First Time (RFT) principles and maintain industry-leading practices.

Our client offers a highly competitive salary ranging from £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
